Hi! How are you? I’m again with you dear readers of my blog! This “Grandma duck” style intro is for a very important fact I want to comment here.
From today and for two months GTT (The society that manages transports here in Turin) makes available a bus service for all the Fridays and Saturdays nights. 8 mayor lines will collect the city center with many peripherical zones with a bus every hour from 1.00 am to 5.00 am. There are no extra costs for this service: only thing you need is the normal €1.00 ticket.
I know that’s probably routine for many other cities and if you are reading from one of these you’ll be probaly not surprised of the fact but for all us living in Turin this is a great innovation: no more hours to find a parking, no more problems with alchool 
and of course less cars around with all the things this concern (less pollution, less noise, less crashes, …).
This first period is a trial one that, in the best vision, will bring this solution to be definitive for this autumn. So come on, let’s use the buses all the night! We have got to show the administration that this service is very useful and appreciated.
